You can take up to 5000 mg of vitamin C per day. Most people don’t get enough. NEVER take a chewable vitamin C tablet, as it will always contain sugar and then you would be defeating your purpose. Sugar depletes vitamin C from the body. Chewable forms of vitamin C can also damage tooth enamel.
A remarkably effective form of vitamin C is esterified vitamin C, otherwise known as Ester-C(Found in the MSM Rejuvenator Cream). It should be taken in divided doses, twice daily.

Your fish oil capsule should contain 400 mg EPA and 200 mg DHA, two important and essential omega-3 type oils. The recommend dosage is 2 of these capsules per day.
