Anytime you need something salty and crunchy with a ton of flavor grab for these chips! They are ideal for a quick and easy way to enjoy corn chips … guilt-free!

We use corn tortillas because flour tortillas tend to pack more unhealthy fat because they’re usually made with lard or shortening. There are a number of corn tortillas as well as sprouted corn varieties, on the market but you must check the ingredients and buy sure Organic Non-GMO varieties. If you are feeling extra adventurous in the kitchen, make your own with Dr. Axe’s Paloe Tortillas Recipe

Ingredients:
Tortillas
Coconut Oil, melted
Sea Salt

Instructions:
Brush tortillas with coconut oil. Cut tortillas into triangles, place on a cookie sheet, and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Note: cook completely as undercooked chips will be chewy chips.

Serve with Holy (Healthy) Guacamole or Black Bean Dip
